Title: Mechanical Design Engineer Location: Arvada, CO (Onsite)
Job Summary
Design and develop medical device components, assemblies, and mechanical systems.
Create and maintain 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using Autodesk Revit.
Support design reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Ensure designs meet quality, regulatory, safety, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed mechanical designs, drawings, and engineering documentation.
Perform GD&T, tolerance stack-up, fit/function, and design reviews.
Apply DFMA principles and support material selection for manufacturability and performance.
Coordinate with stakeholders, track project progress, and ensure timely deliverables.
Required Skills
7 10 years of mechanical design experience with 4+ years of Autodesk Revit.
Strong 3D modeling, 2D drafting, GD&T, and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
Experience with DFMA, tolerance analysis, BOMs, and configuration management.
Knowledge of ASME, ISO, ANSI, PLM/PDM, and engineering change processes.
