Key Responsibilities A. Stylus Pen Mechanical Design & Development - Mechanical structure and component design for Stylus Pen products - Design optimization for mass production - Design of small and precision components with tolerance control B. Mechanical Quality & Supplier Management for Mass Production - Management of pen assembly and component suppliers (Domestic & Overseas) - Review manufacturability and assembly feasibility through DFM - Design improvements considering Cost, Quality, and Delivery (QCD) C. Product Performance & Reliability Evaluation / Problem Solving - Conduct reliability tests including durability, drop, wear, and environmental tests - Root cause analysis and troubleshooting for mass production and field issues Qualifications • Basic understanding of mechanical engineering or related disciplines • Proficiency in 3D CAD mechanical design (Required) • Experience in mechanical design and mass production development • Strong capability in testing, data analysis, and problem solving • Ability to create clear and well-structured technical documents (drawings, specifications, reports) • Strong collaboration skills with a mass-production-oriented mindset
