Responsibilities
- Provide design liaison engineering (DLE) support for rotor & unit assembly areas.
- Review, evaluate, and define solutions for manufacturing issues using hand calculations, CAD, FEA, and other internal tools.
- Support DLE initiatives to drive defect reduction through improved engineering definitions and manufacturing processes.
- Revise engineering specifications and drawings as needed.
- Conduct technical reviews to substantiate rework and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferences
- Experience in manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with rotor and unit assembly processes.
Expected to be onsite in Greenville, SC, Monday through Friday during 1st shift working hours, working 40 hours per week.
