Responsibilities
Overview
This role is responsible for mechanical engineering design and analysis of complex spacecraft and payloads, spanning from the lowest‑level components, all the way to the space vehicle level. As a mechanical engineer on our team, you will drive design excellence into wide range of OSS products and programs, through all phases of design until you witness your designs on orbit.

MS plus 3-5 years, or PhD plus 0-2 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering positions.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
