    Description

    We're partnering with a leading automation and advanced manufacturing company to find experienced Mechanical Design Engineers to support the design and development of custom automated equipment and production systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced engineering team working on complex automation projects from concept through commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign custom automated machinery, assembly equipment, and industrial automation systems.Develop mechanical concepts, layouts, assemblies, and detailed component designs.Create manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and component selection.Support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and design validation.Participate in design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.Ensure designs meet performance, safety, quality, and manufacturability requirements.Required ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience designing automated machinery, robotics, special-purpose equipment, or industrial automation systems.Strong CAD experience with Creo (preferred) or SolidWorks .Experience with PDM/PLM systems such as Windchill.Knowledge of machine design, pneumatics, motion control systems, GD&T, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).Ability to independently deliver complete mechanical designs in a project-driven environment.Why Apply?Competitive hourly rateOpportunity to work on cutting-edge automation and robotics solutionsImmediate interview process and quick start datesApply today or contact me directly for more information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
