About the Role
Seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with automotive experience to support the design and development of vehicle components and mechanical systems from concept through production.
Responsibilities
Develop 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
Apply GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and DFM/DFA principles.
Support design reviews, prototyping, testing, and production launch.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Suppliers, and Engineering teams.
Support BOM, ECN/ECR, and design change activities.
Troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of mechanical design experience in the automotive industry.
Experience with CATIA, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar CAD tools.
Strong knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes.
Experience working with automotive components and suppliers.
