Mechanical Design Engineer

BSME
8+ Years experience
Low volume development of custom engineered prototypes
Low volume production of critical components
Knowledge of materials
Skilled at machine design,
Excellent understanding of machining methods and processes
SolidWorks
Analysis
Experience in aerospace and defense related projects
Ability to work independently and manage project from inception through development, test and delivery.

Responsibilities:
Design of large hydraulic machinery/equipment and transport systems
Create and present designs with limited supervision
Create drawings in accordance with ASME Y14.100
Create to AS9102s standards for parts and assemblies
