US Citizenship Required.- Design and develop small components and assemblies using CAD software
- Support engineering efforts for sensor, electronic, electromechanical, or optical systems
- Create and modify 3D models, drawings, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and production needs
- Apply engineering fundamentals to meet design requirements and timelines
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of mechanical design experience
- Proficiency in Siemens NX
- High experience with at least one CAD platform: SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo
- Understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing considerations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Exposure to design for production or production line support
- Basic knowledge of shock, vibration, or stress analysis
