Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Electromechanical Assembly Technicians to support high-volume manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is primarily focused on mechanical assembly with some electrical integration including PCB installation, wiring, connector mating, and cable routing. Candidates should be comfortable working with hand tools, torque tools, work instructions, and production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical and electromechanical products from subassemblies through final build
  • Install and mount components including enclosures, brackets, PCBs, connectors, wiring, tubing, and mechanical hardware
  • Perform mechanical joining processes including torqueing, fastening, press operations, and adhesive application
  • Follow detailed work instructions
  • Use hand tools, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, power tools, presses, and precision measuring equipment
  • Support production quality checks, inspections, and functional testing
  • Load/unload fixtures and support semi-automated manufacturing processes including robotic welding operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe production environment while meeting production goals and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of mechanical or electromechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience building products from A-Z in high-volume production environments
  • Familiarity with wiring, harnessing, connector mating, PCB installation, and basic electrical assembly
  • Experience with torque specifications, pneumatic tools, hydraulic tools, hoists, cranes, or press equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
  • Backgrounds in automotive, battery manufacturing, industrial equipment, forklift manufacturing, compressor packages, consumer products, or heavy equipment assembly strongly preferred
  • Welding or adhesive dispensing experience is a plus, but not required
