Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Mechanical/Electrical Assemblers for projects located in or around Mokena, IL This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $38/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Build food processing equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Install hydraulic components, panels, drives, and motors
- Assemble equipment using exploded and imploded views and marked tool kits
- Repair and maintain machinery, including beef and chicken forming machines
- Follow assembly specifications and production requirements
- Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and schematics
- Experience installing hydraulic components, panels, drives, and motors
- Experience repairing and maintaining industrial machinery
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
