Mechanical & Electrical Commissioning Agent

Job Summary:

Karbon Engineering has an outstanding opportunity for a talented and motivated Mechanical or Electrical Commissioning Engineer. Candidates must have 2-6 years of experience in operation / testing of:

Mechanical Candidate: HVAC systems including water-cooled or air-cooled chiller plants, primary-secondary pumping systems, variable-flow primary-only pumping systems, air handling units, fans and control systems or equivalent mechanical systems.

Electrical Candidate: UPS Systems, Generators, Switchgear Controls

Must have good communication skills, be computer literate and be able to travel. Experience with Facility Grid a plus. Bachelor’s degree is desirable; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities include preparation of commissioning plans, pre-functional checklists and test procedures; performing construction inspections, testing equipment and systems, report writing, running meetings and discrepancy resolution.
