Description

  • Lead projects focused on manufacturing readiness and production support
  • Drive process and design improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput
  • Review technical data packages and engineering requirements prior to production
  • Create, update, and maintain CAD models and engineering drawings
  • Manage and update engineering documentation and design records
  • Reverse engineer components and assemblies where required
  • Collaborate with production teams and external manufacturers to resolve issues
  • Support fabrication, machining, sheet metal, and assembly operations
  • Conduct engineering analyses, including repeatability and reproducible studies
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and implement practical solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations


Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or mechanical engineering environments
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and technical drawing interpretation
  • Strong understanding of fabrication, machining, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with contract manufacturers or external vendors (preferred)
  • Exposure to industries such as aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing (preferred)
  • Hands-on, practical engineering mindset
