Mechanical Engineer – Building Systems Design

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support a dynamic team designing mechanical systems for commercial buildings. This role is ideal for someone with 2–8+ years of experience who is ready to take on intermediate engineering assignments and collaborate with senior engineers to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC load calculations and select heating/cooling equipment
• Design air distribution and hydronic systems for commercial HVAC
• Ensure compliance with mechanical and energy codes
• Develop mechanical specifications and construction documents
• Create drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (preferred)
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel throughout design and construction

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
• 2–8+ years of mechanical design experience in the building/construction industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit 
• EIT or PE license preferred but not required
