Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking to grow?
We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Technical Lead to serve as a subject matter expert on complex HVAC systems. This individual will take ownership of system design, lead engineering initiatives, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in shaping technical direction across the organization.

What We Are Looking For:
Be the Subject Matter Expert of Mechanical engineering and conduct in-depth engineering studies and create system designs that prioritize longevity and solve the root cause of mechanical issues.
Take on the responsibility of a lead role, mentoring another Mechanical Engineer, signing mechanical designs, and helping guide the direction of our team.
Go beyond standard replacement designby evaluating sequences of operation, control strategies, and BAS/DDC integration to enhance system efficiency and building performance.
Partner with the sales team in client meetings, serving as the technical authority to build credibility, explain system strategies, and guide customers toward the best long-term solutions.
Stay current with emerging HVAC technologies, System architectures, and energy strategies to ensure designs remain forward-thinking and adaptable.
What We Are Looking For:
6+ years of experience in HVAC design,with a focus on commercial retrofit and mechanical system infrastructure, with a focus on constructability, maintainability, and long-term service access.
2+ years performing field assessments of existing MEP systems, validating real-world conditions and identifying performance gaps across central plants, airside systems, and distribution networks.
2+ yearsexecuting comprehensive heating and cooling load calculations to properly size equipment such as chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and air handling systems. Ensuring optimal performance without overdesign.
Excellent AutoCAD software design skills and Revit MEP
Solid understanding of mechanical codes, energy codes, and industry best practices
Excellent communication skillsto interact cross-functionally across the organization and with clients
Complex facility experienceacross a wide range of commercial and mission-critical environments, including office buildings, healthcare facilities, laboratories, manufacturing plants, and data centers.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, plus Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in any state
