Burgess & Niple is seeking a Mechanical Engineer/Designer to be a part of our Roanoke team.B&N Mechanical Engineer/Designer ResponsibilitiesDevelop mechanical layouts and detailed designs for a variety of new construction and renovation projects, learning to promote creativity and to maintain professional standards of accuracy and completeness.Work and learn under the supervision of Senior level engineers and Project Managers.Efficiently develop and implement design procedures and methods.Prepare mechanical layouts and detailed designs for a variety of new construction and renovation projects, maintaining high standards of accuracy and completeness.Stay updated with the latest advancements in software design and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.Efficiently develop and implement industry design procedures and methods.Perform HVAC load calculations and energy modeling calculations.
