Overview INTEGRIS Automation is looking to add a PROJECT MANAGER/TECHNICAL LEAD (PMP) to its automation group with a passion for new product development, problem solving, and exceeding expectations. Opportunities exist in our automation group. This position would be based in Peoria, IL. The candidate can expect to work in a high-velocity and dynamic environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.Core Qualifications Minimum of BS in an engineering disciplineStrong Mechanical Engineering skills and fundamentalsProficient with a modeling tool (SolidWorks preferred, Creo, or Autodesk Tools)Ability to think conceptuallyStrong mechanical aptitude, creativity, project management, communication, and analytical skillsPrevious experience/interest in inland waterway cargo, grain/bulk material handling, barge operations, or agriculture industries a plusKey Responsibilities Participate in new product developmentDesign new solutionsModify and improve existing designsCreate 3D models and drawings using SolidWorksParticipate in brainstormingWork independently and as part of the loadout solutions teamProvide hands‑on manufacturing technical supportWrite detailed reportsTools and Technology Design Tools (SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD, etc.); MS Office.Requirements Fluent in EnglishBackground check requiredNo sponsorship of immigration visas for this positionWhy Work for INTEGRIS?
