This role is well suited for early-career engineers who are excited to contribute to product development efforts while building hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies with a focus on injection molded plastics, die castings, labels, and sheet metal parts.Create and revise 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation using SolidWorks .Design and edit product labels in Adobe Illustrator .Utilize Windchill PDM to manage design informationSupport prototype, testing, verification, and documentation of designs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, etc.) to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements.Participate in project management tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and milestone tracking.Support supplier communication, reviews, and coordination as needed.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Proficiency inSolidWorks(including 3D modeling and 2D drawings), Windchill, and Adobe Illustrator.Project and/or professional experience withdesign for injection molding, die casting, and sheet metalfabrication required.Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Self-motivated and eager to learn in a hands-on engineering environment.Preferred Qualifications Internship or professional experience involvingsupplier management/coordination.Familiarity withproject management toolsand processes.Why Join Us?
