Mechanical Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Akron area with pay ranging from 100K-140K. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and products. Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability.
- Developing project specifications and schedules, performing calculations, and preparing construction drawings.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conducting research to inform engineering designs and evaluations.
- Evaluating mechanical systems and products by applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, and materials science.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical design software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
