Curious minds are encouraged to apply!*Please note that for the first year, when not out on sites, this role will work from our office., We have a flexplace policy offered following the first year of employment.Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:Investigate and analyze mechanical devices, products and designsConduct field investigations and perform forensic engineering & failure/accident analysis on incidents involving all types of machinery, mechanical equipment and devices including cranes, presses, pressure vessels and hydraulic, pneumatic systems, etc.Conduct unbiased investigations for various clientsResponsible for retention and development of client relationshipsProvide technical findings and conclusions in laymen's terms, both verbally and in written reportsSupport conclusions by appropriate testimony in legal proceedings.Deliver professional presentations, develop client relationships and promote self to client groupsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesAbility to accept and integrate constructive feedback into job performanceRegular and predictable presence at workPosition Requirements:B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering fieldP.
