Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in product testing, validation, and reliability engineering to support the development and qualification of mechanical and electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and executing structured test programs and working with precision mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed test plans, test procedures, and validation protocols for mechanical and electromechanical systems.
Define test methods and acceptance criteria based on product requirements and specifications.
Perform functional, environmental, vibration, shock, thermal, endurance, and life-cycle testing.
Document test results, identify failures or deviations, and support root-cause investigation.
Ensure testing activities are conducted in accordance with applicable engineering and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2+ years of experience in product testing, validation, verification, or reliability engineering.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electromechanical systems and testing methodologies.
Experience with semiconductor equipment, robotics, vacuum systems, or precision mechanical assemblies is highly preferred.
Familiarity with SEMI standards is a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, robotics, precision motion systems, vacuum equipment, or other high-precision mechanical systems are encouraged to apply.
