The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer who displays strong communication, interpersonal skills, and embraces a growth mindset. This position will lead design projects, ensure product conformity to internal and regulatory standards, support production personnel during new design testing and validation, and assist the Engineering Manager in specialty equipment feasibility reviews. This individual will utilize computer-aided design software to create 2D and 3D models of parts and equipment. This is an on-site role in Rockford, MI. There is no relocation for this role, if you do not live in the Grand Rapids, MI. area, you will not be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities:
