Immediate need for a talented Mechanical Engineer. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Greensboro, NC(Onsite). Key Responsibilities: Thermal System experience , EV Fans, Heat exchanger's, coolant system , Vehicular Thermal management systems, CREO ( or NX, CATIA) Position typically requires 5 years relevant experience in Automotive Thermal Systems ,Design technical solutions according to given prerequisites (e.g., function, style, volume, geometry, costs, quality target and regulations) in mechanical areas. Support and Lead mechanical design engineering activities in a particular area. Play an active role in the delivery. Integrate deliveries from others and secure quality and readiness before release. Ensure the design fulfils the business targets/ requirements. Provide input in product and system roadmaps. Network and build relationship with universities and external institutes for own technical area. Participate in the business development and innovation. Develop and Manage networking across the organization and provide inputs to the project pre-requisites based on the component history. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: On Senior level applies advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires ?5 years relevant experience). Supporting junior team members and peers- Role model of lifelong learning, sharing knowledge and developing others as a trainer and/or coach. May be digging deeper in own discipline but is building broader T shaped profile. Developing influence and working confidently within the wider client network. Clear articulation of how he/she is creating value within their part for the TD/BA.
