Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
This role offers an experienced Mechanical Engineer the opportunity to lead end-to-end mechanical design for innovative power generation and power distribution equipment, with a strong focus on new product development. You will design from scratch, own the full product lifecycle from concept through manufacturing and support, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients, including those in the rapidly growing modular data center and microgrid markets.

Work Environment
This is a Monday through Friday position that combines office-based design work with hands-on involvement in a manufacturing shop environment. You will spend portions of your time in the engineering office focusing on design, modeling, and documentation, and may spend extended periods-such as up to three weeks at a time-in the shop during critical design or build phases. The role involves close collaboration with operations, manufacturing, and production engineering teams, supporting practical, build-focused engineering. You will typically manage one to two projects concurrently, allowing for deep involvement in each project's full lifecycle. The position is client facing, with occasional travel (generally less than 20%) to customer sites, including locations such as modular data center installations or other facilities where commissioning and service-related engineering support are required. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $62.50/hr.
