Perform code analysis and ensure design compliance. Develop project in regard to engineering scope, budget, and schedule. Create and coordinate Revit models using existing documentation. Prepare engineering contract documents and calculations using CADD and HVAC design software. Select appropriate materials, equipment, and components. Perform technical and coordination checking of project documents. Develop project specifications and supporting documentation. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates. Stay current with mechanical codes and standards. Review submittals during construction and conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design documents.
