- Partner with Sales to evaluate customer needs and provide technical direction for proposed solutions
- Review existing system conditions, drawings, equipment, and customer requirements
- Develop practical, cost-effective engineered solutions for HVAC and hydronic systems
- Support estimates, scopes of work, equipment selections, layouts, and proposal development
- Collaborate with Project Managers and field leadership from concept through construction, startup, and closeout
- Help customers understand technical options, system performance, lifecycle considerations, and long-term reliability
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC and hydronic systems
- Experience with chilled water, hot water, steam, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, piping, and ventilation
- Experience supporting mechanical construction, retrofit, design-build, or system improvement projects
- Ability to assess existing systems and develop practical, field-aware solutions
- Working knowledge of load calculations, equipment selection, system design, and applicable codes and standards
- Strong communication, customer-facing, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Carrier HAP, Trace 3D Plus, or similar tools preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky metro area

- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company contribution
- Paid time off and company holidays
- Company-provided tools and technology
