Responsibilities will include designing HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for educational, laboratory, healthcare, commercial, and multi-family housing facilities. Specific responsibilities will include feasibility studies, system calculations, mechanical system design, mechanical specification writing, bidding oversight, construction observation, and detailed coordination with architects and other professionals. Direct and specific experience with LEED grade energy modeling, using Carrier HAP, is a major plus. #IND
