What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 0-2 years of professional experience; hands-on lab experience is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency with SolidWorks for design support.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic understanding of microfabrication, microfluidics, and materials science is a plus.
• Familiarity with metrology or microscopy equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to support multiple engineering activities efficiently and accurately.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with microfabrication or process development.
• Exposure to surface chemistry and characterization.
• Knowledge of component testing, assembly, and quality validation processes.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• A relevant bachelor’s degree, with internship or laboratory experience that demonstrates hands-on skills in mechanical or process engineering.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in an onsite role in Santa Clara.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and follow safety and quality protocols.
