Duties & Responsibilities- Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging.
- Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs.
- Lead support personnel in detailed design, testing, and prototype fabrication.
- Provide design specifications and documentation to drafting teams for packaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience working in a chemical laboratory environment.
- Knowledge of surface preparation and analytical techniques.
- Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience working in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Education- Bachelor’s degree required.
