We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support troubleshooting, testing, and validation of Zwick testing machines in a pharmaceutical/life sciences environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zwick machines, drug-device combination products, and test data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert and system owner for Zwick testing machines.
Troubleshoot machine issues and investigate testing failures.
Analyze test data to identify root causes and distinguish actual failures from false failures.
Support testing validation and ensure compliance with established testing procedures.
Document findings and communicate results effectively to the Quality team.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience working with testing machines or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences device testing.
Hands-on experience with Zwick testing machines is required.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
Experience with drug-device combination products and pharmaceutical testing environments is preferred.
