About The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced professional to conduct in-depth forensic investigations, including vehicle accidents. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, occasionally travels, and helps clients resolve losses or litigation requirements using their engineering expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct forensic investigations, including vehicle accident analysis.
- Provide expert witness testimony as required.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve losses or litigation requirements.
Qualifications
- Hold a B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Maintain a Professional Engineering (P.E.) license.
- Advanced degrees such as a master's or Ph.D. are advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently complete detailed work and meet deadlines.
- Work collaboratively and independently with a friendly demeanor.
- Vehicular accident reconstruction experience (ACTAR certification is a plus).
- Fire investigation experience and/or certification is beneficial.
- Incident investigation experience is an advantage.
- Expert witness experience is highly valued.
Work Environment
- Willingness to travel for day or overnight investigations.
