Proven ability to work with a team of Engineers and independently on various projects
Knowledge of production techniques including Machining, Fabricating, Welding, Assembly, 3D printing
Ability to generate and update technical drawings using standard design conventions, tolerance, and technical drawing standards as required.
Collaborate with Radyne Engineering and Manufacturing personnel.
Strong independent judgment required.
Manage time to meet budget requirement.
Detail and check part drawings and create/maintain BOM's.
Assist in the assembly and troubleshooting of systems if needed.
Work under the guidance of the Mechanical Design Engineering Manager.
Job Requirements: BS in Engineering - emphasis on mechanical. Proficiency in Solidworks or equivalent 3D modeling. Knowledge of screws, threads, materials, strength of materials, correct fit, and a wide knowledge of various fabrication techniques. Must have good technical writing and oral communication skills. Knowledge of production techniques including Machining, Fabricating, Welding, Assembly a plus. Robotics Experience a plus. Experience with Adept PDM and AutoCAD a plus.
