    • Perform engineering calculations including thermal analysis, tolerance dimensions, and structural assessments.
    • Ensure all designs comply with company standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
    • Prepare and submit detailed design drawings to internal teams for review and approval.
    • Provide technical support during the fabrication and installation phases to ensure design accuracy.
    • Create Bills of Materials (BOM) and input data into the ERP system.
    • Collaborate with fabrication teams to ensure correct execution of designs.
    • Coordinate with purchasing for timely and accurate procurement of materials.
    • Communicate with vendors to clarify part specifications and manufacturing requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks).
    • Solid understanding of mechanical and refrigeration engineering principles.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Occasional travel to job sites may be required depending on project needs.
    • This is a safety-sensitive position and requires pre-employment and regular drug testing.
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated or standing) for extended periods.
    • Occasionally may need to lift or carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g., office supplies, small equipment).

    Preferences:

    • Experience with sheet metal and pipe fabrication.
    • EIT (Engineer-in-Training) License.
    • Interest in obtaining a Professional Engineering (PE) License.
    • Background in refrigeration systems or HVAC/MEP experience.
