Mechanical Engineer – Milwaukee, WisconsinWe are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Mechanical Team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position offers the opportunity to contribute your HVAC system design expertise while working on a wide range of building types and project scales. You will play a central role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems, helping to advance the team's capabilities and impact across our portfolio.ResponsibilitiesDesign and engineer complete HVAC systems from project conceptual phase through construction documents for a wide variety of project types.Develop mechanical drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Revit, Bluebeam, and other design tools.Perform load calculations and equipment selection to ensure efficient, code-compliant designs.Collaborate with multi-discipline project teams, including electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural team members, to ensure coordinated project execution.Support construction phase activities, including submittal review, RFI response, meeting attendance, and construction phase site visits (travel required).Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of best practices within the Mechanical Team.Provide mentorship and technical oversight to less experienced staff, supporting their professional growth and career development.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, architectural engineering, or a closely related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license.A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC system design.
