Design, develop, and support engineered products and assemblies from concept through production. Create and review technical documentation, drawings, and product specifications. Perform testing, analysis, and validation activities to ensure product performance and reliability. Maintain engineering documentation, bills of materials, and related system records. Develop manufacturing and assembly processes to support production needs. Collaborate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and support project objectives. Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates throughout the product lifecycle. Provide engineering support for new product development, continuous improvement initiatives, and troubleshooting efforts.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred. 5+ years of experience in product design, manufacturing, or a related engineering environment. Experience working with specialized electronic, RF, fiber optic, cable, or connectivity products. Proficiency with 3D CAD software and technical drawing creation. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Experience supporting products through design, testing, and production phases. Ability to work cross-functionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000. 2- 5% quarterly bonus. 3 weeks sick/PTO. 401(k) with company match and retirement plan. Employee wellness programs and assistance resources.
