Job Description

• Design, model, and analyze mechanical systems from concept through production.

• Create complex 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using CATIA.

• Perform structural analysis using ANSYS, including linear/non-linear static and dynamic stress analysis.

• Perform thermal analysis including steady-state and transient heat transfer and thermal stresses.

• Optimize designs for weight, reliability, strength, and manufacturability.

• Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional engineering teams.

• Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 4 8 years of relevant engineering experience.

• Strong CATIA 3D modeling experience.

• Hands-on ANSYS experience.

• Strong structural and thermal FEA knowledge.

• Understanding of heat transfer, material science, and mechanical stress analysis.

• Strong technical communication skills.
