- Solid Process Engineering Experience
- Strong emphasis on manufacturing support, process stability, and data-driven problem solving for existing production lines.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing
- An understanding of GD&T
- Key participant in DFMEA, PFMEA, and CTQ processes
- CAD skills sufficient to review, mark up, and communicate mechanical design intent
- Experience with Minitab or equivalent statistical tools, including DOE, GR&R, regression, and hypothesis testing
