Location: Whitewater, WI Pay: $55,000–$70,000/year DOE Position Type: Direct Hire
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Whitewater. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and improving products and processes while working closely with production and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Create and modify engineering drawings and designs
Develop product specifications and technical documentation
Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to improve processes
Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and product development
Ensure designs meet quality and customer requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
