    Description

    We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team and provide project management and mechanical (HVAC) design services for a range of building projects. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:


    • Manage projects and teams and provide technical design on assigned projects.
    • Assist in producing construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and additions to existing facilities.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules.
    • Coordinate project designs with other disciplines.
    • Build and maintain positive client relationships.


    Position Requirements:


    The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering, professional registration, and 5-10+ years of relevant MEP experience, including project management. The candidate should also demonstrate success in the following skills and abilities:


    • Strong knowledge of mechanical building codes and ability to perform accurate load calculations.
    • Mechanical/HVAC design experience in retail, commercial, central plants, boilers, cooling towers, and related markets.
    • Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP engineering modeling tools.
