| Skills: | - 2+ years of mechanical design and manufacturing experience in roles such as R&D, testing, prototyping, and systems integration preferred. Experience with Tier 1 and 2 automotive suppliers, high-tech hardware companies, or other advanced manufacturing organizations preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in mechanical system and component design.
- Familiarity with CAD and simulation tools such as SolidWorks
- Proficient communicator , capable of working in multinational environments; self-motivated and proactive.
- Willingness/ability to travel to co-locate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to contribute individually or as part of a collaborative team , comfortable working autonomously with minimal direction when needed.
- Experience initiating projects, managing multiple priorities, and working effectively in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
- Excellent presentation skills , able to clearly communicate complex mechanical concepts and design rationale.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities for interpreting and synthesizing technical data.
- NCEES certificate in the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in mechanical engineering preferred.
