    • Identify and resolve design-related issues affecting manufacturing operations.
    • Communicate engineering changes clearly and effectively with production personnel.
    • Coordinate engineering support to minimize manufacturing delays and production disruptions.
    • Support configuration management and ensure engineering documentation remains accurate and up to date.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve drawing quality and manufacturing efficiency.
    • Assist in identifying process improvements that enhance communication between engineering and manufacturing.
    • Track engineering issues and follow them through resolution while maintaining project schedules.
    • Promote cross-functional collaboration focused on product quality, continuous improvement, and efficient manufacturing operations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline preferred.
    • Strong mechanical engineering background with practical manufacturing experience.
    • Experience reviewing and interpreting mechanical drawings and engineering documentation.
    • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments.
    • Experience coordinating engineering changes and resolving manufacturing-related design issues.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
