High-pressure pump skid projects with real-world impact, a growing leadership team, and hands-on engineering collaboration come together in this role in Irwindale, CA. In this Mechanical Engineering Manager opportunity, you’ll help oversee mechanical and electrical design work for precision systems built to perform.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineering Manager position include:
- 3-5 years of hands-on engineering and design experience required
- Experience with pressure, valves, pumps, and process engineering background helpful; water treatment preferred
- Ability to manage an engineering group of 12 total, including mechanical and electrical design support and drafting resources
- 50/50 focus on leading the engineering team and performing designs
- Experience designing pump skids (typically around 20 ft long x 8 ft wide) with pumps, motors, high-horsepower systems, valves, and pressure-related components
- AutoCAD and Inventor required/preferred; AutoCAD Electrical preferred
- PLC/control panel knowledge helpful
Salary: $125,000 - $155,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
