You will be a key member of the product line management team, helping define and execute short-, mid-, and long-term strategies. How you'll make an impact
Lead and develop engineering teams across specialized disciplines.
Drive engineering strategy aligned with product line and business goals.
Oversee planning, resource allocation, and execution of engineering activities.

Act as escalation point for complex technical and systemic issues.
Collaborate with customers to resolve critical technical matters and strengthen partnerships.
Guide capability building through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
