You will work with a cooperative team to bring the best ideas or technology to solve recurring production issues in your area of assigned responsibilityYou enjoy working with your hands to lead hands-on repairs testing and validation of mechanical systems and processes in the plantManage small to medium scale capital improvement projects by managing and overseeing safety budgets contractors and providing project status updates to plant managementDevelop and maintain documentation for mechanical systems including but not limited to preventative maintenance work orders spare parts process and instrumentation diagrams production dashboards etcYou will enjoy working on the production floor with a large portion of your role focused as a hands-on engineering resource and mentor to the production teamYou will oversee the Management of Change MOC process for all plant projects in your assigned areasYou will present production status updates timelines and discuss open or resolved issues on a weekly basisYou will analyze equipment data to develop a drive improvement with other engineers technicians and operatorsYou will assist and lead troubleshooting efforts as needed for various electrical mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
