Mechanical Foreman

S.I. Goldman Company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to lead commercial mechanical construction projects throughout Central Florida.

What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Foreman, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial mechanical projects by:

• Leading and supervising field crews
• Coordinating work with Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Planning daily work activities and scheduling labor efficiently
• Monitoring project progress, quality, and productivity
• Ensuring all work meets company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes
• Maintaining a safe jobsite and enforcing OSHA requirements
• Tracking labor, materials, daily reports, and change orders
• Identifying and resolving field issues to keep projects moving forward

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates should have:

• Minimum 5 years of pipefitting or mechanical construction experience
• Previous experience leading commercial mechanical construction crews
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience using an iPad or computer in the field
• OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
