Successful candidates will have Engineering Consulting Firm background performing Conceptual Design of building HVAC systems, process ventilation, cleanrooms, Hazardous Materials, location pressurization etc. Experience with Dust Control, Plumbing and/or Fire Protection systems is highly desirable but not required. This role involves developing design drawings, equipment specifications, working closely with other engineering disciplines, interacting directly with clients, and performing field design work.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering – ABET AccreditedEIT or PE License Desired5+ years of experience in HVAC engineering and designIndustrial HVAC experience is strongly preferred (i.e. chemical plant, manufacturing, warehouse, etc)Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit and Navisworks is a plusWorking knowledge of applicable mechanical codes and standards like NFPA, ASHRAE, OSHAConsulting Engineering Firm experience is preferredExperience in dust collection, plumbing or fire protection is a plusAbility to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced industrial environmentDutiesResponsibility for HVAC work on assigned projects.
