How You’ll Make an Impact
Picture a project where you:
- Set and install RTUs, lay in split systems, and assemble VRF systems
- Own start-up and commissioning to ensure optimal performance from day one
- Diagnose and resolve system issues quickly to keep schedules on track
- Replace components like compressors and control boards with precision
- Service and maintain existing HVAC equipment to extend system life
- Adhere to codes and safety standards to deliver compliant installs
- Collaborate with project managers and teammates through clear updates
What You Bring
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Comfort working independently; able to lead start-up procedures
- EPA Certification
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools
