Your impact

• Install rooftop units, split systems, and VRF systems for commercial applications
• Own start-up and commissioning to ensure new equipment runs to spec
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair system faults
• Replace major components (compressors, control boards, and more)
• Conduct maintenance on existing HVAC systems
• Execute to safety codes and standards on every task
• Communicate progress and needs with project managers and team members

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5+ years of HVAC experience
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Comfort working independently and leading start-up processes
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Your own basic hand tools
