What You"ll Be Doing

You"ll play a key role in delivering major mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing HVAC and mechanical construction scopes
• Supporting budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Driving change-order strategy and execution
• Coordinating subcontractors, field leadership, and project teams
• Managing RFIs, submittals, procurement, and equipment buyout
• Supporting project schedules and execution strategy
• Building strong relationships with superintendents, foremen, and craft labor
• Helping maintain project profitability and client satisfaction

The strongest candidates typically come from a mechanical subcontractor environment and understand how contractor-side projects are actually executed in the field.

• HVAC construction

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $180000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
