Quality Control InspectorWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess strong attention to detail, problem solving abilities and a collaborative mindset. This is a hands-on position that involves dimensional inspections, documentation, and regular interaction with Production, Shipping and other departments to support quality requirements, resolve nonconformances, and ensure compliance with customer and company standards.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Work effectively within a team-oriented, detail-focused, fast-paced manufacturing environmentInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications and schematics to verify product conformanceUtilize precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, ring gauges, and thread gaugesPerform first article, in-process, and final inspections throughout all stages of productionEnsure products and materials comply with engineering drawings, purchase orders, customer requirements, and internal quality standardsRelease approved materials and finished products to Production and ShippingMaintain documentation in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) requirementsCoordinate with Quality team and management to ensure finished products and raw materials meet established quality requirementsIdentify, tag, segregate and quarantine non-conforming materials; communicate findings and initiate containment actions as necessaryNotify department leadership when production holds or shipment holds are required due to quality concernsAccurately document inspection results, including forms, computer data entry, scanning and maintenance of quality recordsPrepare and provide Certificates of Compliance (COCs) for all customer orders.Participate in internal and external quality audits and support audit activities as neededIndependently troubleshoot and address quality issues within assigned responsibilitiesSupport special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and additional duties as assignedCommunicate effectively and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.Qualifications, (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):Minimum of 2 years' experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environmentUS work authorization (required)Effective communication in English, verbally and written (required)Spanish speaking a plus!Team-oriented, customer-focused work ethic and time management skillsExperience with Microsoft Office, MS Word, and MS ExcelWell-developed problem solving and decision-making abilitiesAttitude of collaboration and desire to develop through learningExperience with metals a plus, but not required—we will train
