Hours: 7am - 3pm
Pay Rate: $22.09/Hr.

REQUIREMENTS: Mechanical Inspector
High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of work experience.
Ability to read, understand, and follow process instructions, drawings, and inspection documentation.
Proficient with inspection tools such as calipers, microscopes, and gauges.
Customer-focused with a proven ability to achieve objectives.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Mechanical Inspector
Inspect and configure MIDS-JTRS and MIDS programs to ensure compliance with current revisions.
Inspect electronic systems, assemblies, subassemblies, circuit cards, components, and parts to specifications using blueprints, drawings, method sheets, schematics, and assembly manuals.
Examine wiring, cables, hardware, subassemblies, and components to identify assembly defects.
Perform conformal coating inspections using black light scopes.
Conduct mechanical inspections using hand tools as required.
Inspect components, subassemblies, and assemblies against quality standards (IPC, J-STD) using specifications, drawings, process instructions, ECOs, and verbal/written instructions.
Identify and document defects, enter data into tracking systems, and verify corrective actions after rework or repair.
Interface with engineering to resolve technical issues and clarify engineering changes.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Mechanical Inspector
3 years of quality inspection experience with complex circuit card assemblies.
SKILLS PREFERRED: Mechanical Inspector
Soldering or solder inspection experience.
Technical school graduate in electronics manufacturing.
IPC-A-610 and IPC-620 certifications.
Mechanical hand tool measurement experience.
